General Terms and Conditions
Updates and Amendments: Al Wakrah Line reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Al Wakrah Line website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. Therefore, please review these Terms and Conditions each time you use this website.
Terms and Conditions apply: These terms and conditions apply to you upon accessing the website or application. These terms and conditions may be terminated or modified by Al Wakra Line Trading Company without notice at any time, for any reason.
Ownership and Use: Al Wakra Line Trading Company is a 100% Qatari-owned and operated company. Your use of its services is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Age requirements: The minimum age to register an account on the Qari website or app is 16 years. If an account is registered by someone under the age of 16, it will be terminated without prior notice.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights: Copying the content included in this website or application as a collective work is prohibited under the laws of the State of Qatar and is the property of Al Wakra Line Trading Company for Online Marketing. Permission is granted exclusively to use this application for the sole purpose of placing orders with Al Wakra Line Trading Company or purchasing products offered for sale.
Abuse and Misconduct: Al Wakra Line Trading Company reserves the right to block or remove communications, materials, or accounts that it determines to be abusive, vulgar, misleading, or that violate copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Orders and Delivery
Delivery Service: Al Wakra Line Trading Company offers delivery for orders of 99 riyals and above. If the customer wishes to order a product of lesser value, the customer must pick it up directly from the company's premises.
Delivery options: Al Wakra Line Trading Company provides home delivery service, but there is also a service to pick up the product from the company headquarters if the customer wishes.
Delivery times: Delivery takes between 1 hour and 24 hours, depending on the time of the order, the possibility of confirming the order with the customer, and the customer's location.
Price Modification and Order Cancellation: Al Wakra Line Trading Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. It also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether confirmed or not, if payment has been received.
If your order is cancelled, Al Wakra Line Trading Company will issue a cash credit or credit your credit card account for the value of the incorrect price.
Communication: Al Wakra Line Trading Company reserves the right to contact you via phone, WhatsApp, and SMS regarding your orders.
Delivery Restrictions: All products displayed on the Al Wakra Line Trading Company app are only available for delivery to addresses within the State of Qatar.
Delivery time: You will be provided with an estimated delivery time of up to the next day, excluding orders placed on Fridays or national holidays, once your order is placed. Estimated delivery times are estimates based on the order date and time, not the shipping date and time.
Delivery time commitment: Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within or before the specified delivery time.
Delivery Schedule and Terms: Delivery dates and times may vary depending on the delivery location, delivery method, and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Al Wakra Line Trading delivers from Saturday to Thursday unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that we do not ship on Fridays and national holidays unless otherwise arranged.

Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation Policy: If the customer wishes to cancel the order before delivery, the customer can access the order page and click on Cancel Order, or contact customer service to request cancellation (if the order has been previously confirmed or paid for).
If the order was paid for electronically, the refund can be processed via credit card or bank account. This takes at least 14 business days, in accordance with banking practice and under the supervision of the Qatar Central Bank.
The order amount will be refunded using the same method it was received (cash or online).
Broken or damaged products are those that have been damaged due to misuse, while defective products are those that have manufacturing defects.
Damaged Products Policy
1. Verification Process
In the event that products are discovered to be damaged or defective, Al Wakra Line Trading will verify the cause with the customer.
2. Cases Where Requests are Rejected
Al Wakra Line Trading reserves the right to refuse a customer's request for a refund or replacement if the damage is found to be caused by customer misuse, including but not limited to:
Abuse or physical damage.
Submersion in liquids.
Incorrect installation or negligence.
Damage resulting from disasters (e.g., fires or floods).
Service or repairs performed by unqualified personnel.
3. Shipping-Related Damage
If the products are found to be damaged or defective due to incorrect shipping, Al Wakra Line Trading shall be responsible for refunding the amount paid to the customer.
4. Manufacturing Defects
If a product fails to operate due to a manufacturing issue, Al Wakra Line Trading will inspect the product with its suppliers. Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed (and it is verified that it was not caused by any of the misuse cases mentioned above), the company will arrange for either a full refund or a product replacement.

In all cases, only customer data related to orders (Name, Phone Number, Email) is retained to facilitate future access to order details. Any other data will be removed and will not be kept for more than a maximum of 5 years.
